1. Why are you personally on Twitter ?

You may suppose our Museum, TACHIBANA MUSEUM, has an official account. The reason why I’m on Twitter personally is because I can send my idea directly and without evasion to the followers anytime, anywhere. It is great fun to tweet from various viewpoints, sometimes as a director of the museum, and sometimes as a lover of art and history. Isn’t it nice to talk directly to the followers interested in our museum? Many Twitter user seem to be interested in not only the museum’s program but the personality of the director. Twitter would be the great help to connect the followers to us.

2. Why did your museum registered to the MW?

Last year I joined the MW personally. It was a wonderful experience. However, I’m afraid not many people even in Japan know our museum has over 5,000 delicate furnishing goods, arums and armour of the feudal lord of Yanagawa district, moreover curators with real passion. I thought would be an ideal opportunity for us to improve awareness. This year we want to increase our social circle whilst enjoying .
